1. What We Collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping address and order details when you place an order; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; anything you write to us directly.
• Payment information: card details are entered on and held by our payment processors. We receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card.
• Technical information: standard web server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

2. How We Use It

To fulfil and support your order, to send the newsletter you asked for, to answer your questions, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share your email address with other authors, publishers or advertisers.

4. Who Processes Data For Us

We use service providers to run the business: a payment processor to take payment, a print and fulfilment partner to ship physical orders, an email platform to deliver the newsletter, and a web host to serve this site. They receive only what they need to do that work and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. Email and Unsubscribing

Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove you. Order and refund confirmations are transactional and are sent regardless of newsletter status.

6. Cookies

This site's own pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party services, such as an email signup form or a payment page, may set cookies under their own policies.

Site measurement. We also run our own measurement tool, SitePulse, on our own server, to learn how pages get used and where they break: which pages are viewed, where people click and how far they scroll, page speed and errors. On some visits it records a replay of the page so we can spot confusing parts. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and never captures what you type into a form, because every field is masked in your browser before anything is sent. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, it records nothing. We do not sell or share this data, and we use it only to improve this site.

7. How Long We Keep Things

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your Rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
