Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Direct Print & Digital Orders

All direct orders placed on fatbitchbook.com for physical books and workbooks are fulfilled via Lulu Print-on-Demand and processed securely through Mercury.

2. Cancel Any Time Before Shipment

You may cancel an unshipped print order and receive a 100% refund at any point before your order ships. No reason required, no restocking fee. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will process the cancellation.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every delivered physical item carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If the book or workbook is not what you needed, contact support within 30 days for a refund.

4. Digital Products

• eBook and downloadable PDF editions: because access is granted immediately, these are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file. If you have downloaded it and it is defective or unreadable, we will replace it or refund it.
• Audiobook: purchases made through Audible, Apple Books, Spotify or another retailer are governed by that retailer's refund policy, not ours.

5. Items Bought From Retailers

Copies purchased from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, an independent bookstore, or any other retailer must be returned through that retailer under their policy. We can only refund orders placed directly on fatbitchbook.com.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most processors post the credit within 5–10 business days of approval.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email [email protected] with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.
