fatbitchbook.com is operated by unLit Publishing LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change before an order is placed. We work to keep listings accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Print runs are limited and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we confirm and charge the order.

5. Shipping

Ship dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, cover art, worksheets, frameworks and downloadable tools on this site are the property of unLit Publishing LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for a group, or train a machine-learning system on them without written permission.
